In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful Klančac beach near Brsečac, which invites you to sunbathe and swim in the crystal-clear sea. For food lovers, there are traditional restaurants and taverns nearby where guests can enjoy authentic dishes and local specialties. Cultural attractions and historical sites enrich the stay and offer the opportunity to get to know the rich heritage of the area.
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a parasol, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a fireplace for outdoor dining and several parking spaces.
Villa HillSea consists of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet with a washing machine and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Sehr empfehlenswert, super freundliche Vermieter Der Empfang von Nives und Robert war vorbildlich und sehr herzlich. Sie stehen einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Antworten auf die extra von ihnen eingerichtet WhatsApp Gruppe kamen immer prompt, obwohl beide berufstätig sind. Das Haus ist derzeit etwas über 1 Jahr alt, wenn ich mich recht erinnern kann. Für uns machte es aber den Eindruck, als ob es nagelneu ist. Sehr (!!) guter und sauberer Zustand. Die Sauberkeit des Pools ist sehr gut mit großartiger Aussicht auf die Bucht. Dieselbe Aussicht genießt man auch von der Terrasse und auch von der Küche/Wohnraum aus. Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet, welche wir aber nicht benutzen mussten, da es noch nicht so heiß war. Einige Schritte unterhalb der Terrasse befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz mit Kinderrutsche und einer kleinen Kletterwand für die Kids, sowie einem Volleyballnetz, was alles von den Hausmietern benutzt werden darf. Wir waren mit 4 E-Bikes angereist, welche wir im Spielezimmer einschließen durften. In diesem Spielezimmer gibt es Tischfußball und einen Tischtennistisch. Die beiden überdachten Parkplätze verfügen über eine 230VAC Ladesteckdose mit eigenem Zähler, was in dieser Gegend von Istrien sehr willkommen für E-Auto Besitzer sein wird, da das Schnellladenetz leider noch nicht so gut ausgebaut ist.
