The house is spread over two floors adapted to the sloping terrain. On the main floor there is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a toilet with a washing machine. On the lower floor there is a fourth bedroom with bathroom and a playroom with table tennis and table football.
The large garden with a children’s playground and a net for volleyball/badminton is perfect for families. Guests can also enjoy sun loungers, a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, several parking spaces, and the possibility to charge an electric car at the private parking area.
Nearby is the famous Klančac beach in Brseč with crystal-clear sea, as well as many hiking trails below Mount Učka. Guests can also discover traditional taverns with authentic cuisine and the rich cultural heritage of the area.
